What a game it was! I hope we have the same intensity this Saturday against UCLA!!

Me too, Elizabeth. I get the impression from this coaching staff that they're not going to be spotting opponents two quarters before they get the team in gear. Seems with Coach Kiff if you're not giving a hundred percent of yourself on the field you'll be giving a hundred percent of your backside on the bench. Seems reasonable.

I agree 100%

What can I say...to beat a team like W.Ky is just beyond words. After all they were ranked what, 729. Big win.

Hang on a second, Mike ... just a couple of more steps ... almost finished ... there, all done! I just forwarded your sarcastic jab to Albert Haynesworth. Expect a visit!

I would just like to point out, that while we did beat East Ridge High last, week, under Fulmer we would have squeezed out a 4 point win.

Also, I think our Pastor might be the only person to ever go from a blog about Star Trek to a blog about his favorite college football team. That is diversity.

Let me explain, Zach. In thinking about Star Trek, I was thinking about the Enterprise's mission: "to boldly go where no man has gone before." Then I saw the picture of Coach Kiffin BOLDLY leading the Vols onto the gridiron for Saturday's game. (I mean, look at his face; THAT'S what bold determination looks like!) I simply put 2 and 2 together, resulting in a post about Star Trek followed by one about the Vols. See the logic? Beautiful, isn't it? I'm sure you will now join me, Zach, in paraphrasing our favorite Vulcan: "Live long and prosper, Coach Kiff. Live long and prosper."
